WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND:

Athletes are made in the off-season -- March through November. We will Go Back To The Basics as you will be drilled on the fundamentals of basketball and we will challenge you to reach your next level. You will leave camp with a better understanding of what it takes to become a complete player.

CAMP ELIGIBILITY:

Grades 5 - 12 determined by 2012 - 2013 academic year.

BACK TO THE BASICS HIGHLIGHTS:

• quality over quantity
• limit of 162 total in camp
• 7 - 9 athletes per coach
• individual workout programs
• focus on fundamentals
• weight- strength/thera band workout
• quickness/agility workout
• plyometric workout
• ladder workout/ dot drill workout

CAMP DETAILS & PAYMENT TERMS:

• jersey included in fee
• grades 5 - 6 - 7: 54 Maximum Enrollment
• grades 8- 9:  54 Maximum Enrollment
• grades 10 - 12:  54 Maximum Enrollment
• camp ends at 4 p.m. on the last day
• cost is $375.00
• payment in full by credit card or check with registration
• refunds given only if you are injured before camp begins with a doctor's written excuse
• parents and spectators may join us from noon to 4 p.m. for games and awards on the

              last  day of camp
