Chris Spencer is a 2006 graduate of Manitowoc Lutheran High School where he lettered in Basketball, Football and Track and Field.  Chris comes to us with years of experience where he grew up in a basketball family. His Dad, Chris Sr. has many years of coaching experience and his brother, Nick played for HLC in 2006, 2007 and will also be coaching for HLC in 2008.

Chris coached for 3 summers at the Lancer Boy's Basketball Camp, 2 years for the JV/ Varsity Summer Boys Basketball Teams for Manitowoc Lutheran High School, and coached for 3 years for the future Lancer Basketball Team for boys ages 14 and 15.

Although Chris's career came to an end with a knee injury he left his mark in Lancer history as being a true point guard who understands the game and knew how to make his teammates better.  He had a knack for

getting a rebound and pushing the ball up the court and finding the open man.  He was a defensive stopper and a team leader.  His work ethic and leadership skills has continued in his coaching career.

Spencer is a well rounded individiual who was in his high school Concert Choir, Drama Productions, Show Choir, Peer Tutor, Student Council while making the honor roll as well as National Honor Society.

Chris is currently a sophomore at Wisconsin Lutheran College and serves on the Men's Basketball Coaching Staff.  He oversees Recruiting, Film Sessions and assists in Practice Sessions.
