Basketball Skills Class
Basketball Skills began in 1990 with Cheryl Mohr teaching a Physical Education Course with the late
Mary Ma Kelly.
This program has run for 22 consecutive years giving boys and girls the opportunity to learn the basics of the game. Cheryl will take you back to the basics as she will focus on Offense, Defense, and a Cross Training Program. Cheryl will also spend quality time teaching the proper shooting form.
- Offensive Drills- Focus on Inside Game, Outside Game, In-between Game
- Defensive Drills- Phase I, Phase II, Phase III
- Cross Training- Ladder, Jump Rope, Dot Drill, Quickness/ Agility, Plyometrics,
Obstacle Course, Z-Ball
