This in-home DVD is designed to help you improve on your strength, quickness and endurance. You will do a number of different drills from ball handling, agility work and even a thera-band workout. If you do this program on a consistent basis and work at it you will see improvement in your strength, quickness and endurance. This DVD has 2 workout programs.
